Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end activities for new pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, and medical device products.
Prepare and maintain NPD trackers, timelines, project dashboards, and execution schedules.
Ensure project milestones are achieved according to approved timelines.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive timely resolution across departments.
Conduct research on new products, molecules, global trends, and therapeutic opportunities.
Analyze competitor brands, formulations, pack sizes, strengths, pricing, and market gaps.
Prepare structured market insights and product assessment reports for decision-making.
Education
Pharm-D is a prerequisite
Pharm-D with MBA is preferred
Experience
7-8 years' experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Business Development.
Strong understanding of NPD, market research, pricing, and cross-functional workflows.
