Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end activities for new pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, and medical device products.
• Prepare and maintain NPD trackers, timelines, project dashboards, and execution schedules.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved according to approved timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive timely resolution across departments.
• Conduct research on new products, molecules, global trends, and therapeutic opportunities.
• Analyze competitor brands, formulations, pack sizes, strengths, pricing, and market gaps.
• Prepare structured market insights and product assessment reports for decision-making.

Education

• Pharm-D is a prerequisite
• Pharm-D with MBA is preferred

Experience

• 7-8 years' experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Business Development.
