Business Development Manager

Location: Southkey, Johor
Responsibilities
Analyze market data and develop targeted sales strategies to grow the SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM customer segments.
Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of the company's products and service offerings.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet with existing clients and pursue new sales opportunities.
Build, strengthen, and maintain solid long-term business relationships.
Prepare pricing proposals, credit terms, and complete sales contracts for confirmed orders.
Submit regular activity reports and sales plans for the designated territory.
Actively participate in intensive sales training and ongoing skills development programs.
Comply with all expectations and guidelines outlined in the company's Sales Policy.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications/Required Skills
College degree preferred.
3–5 years of successful sales experience.
