Business Development Manager

MAUD is an international architecture practice founded in London with strong roots in Taiwan, working across architecture, interior design, and visual storytelling. As we expand our presence in Malaysia, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Johor Bahru office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with developers, architects, and hotel owners
• Lead and coordinate the business development and sales function
• Manage key client relationships and drive repeat projects
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract coordination
• Collaborate closely with internal architecture, interior, and visualization teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or related fields
• Strong network within property development / construction industries
