Business Development Manager (BDM) is required in Nelson Paints Karachi for Back Selling/Housing, candidates must have sales experience in Paints Industry.
Major Job Responsibilities & Core Competencies are mention below:
1. Must be Masters or equivalent& must possess good leadership & negotiation skills.
2. Must have atleast 10 to 12 years of relevant sales experience including minimum 5 years of experience on BDM position in any paint industry.
3. Must have proper/practical knowledge of Paint products & its application.
4. Must have good market knowledge & have good command in dealer networking.
5. Must have good persuasive personality.
6. Must have excellent sales forecasting & reporting skills.
