Your Mission:
Generate revenue for Sychem by building a live pipeline of suppliers and buyers across international markets.
What You'll Do:
Hunt suppliers — recyclers, factories, traders, aggregators
Hunt buyers — manufacturers, converters, compounders worldwide
Use LinkedIn, Scrapo, trade platforms, AI tools, websites, and direct outreach
Identify real opportunities fast
Match supply with demand
Drive negotiations
Push deals to closure
No waiting for leads. You create them.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in recycled plastics / polymer trading / scrap
Strong commercial instinct
Fearless cold outreach mindset
Fast mover with high ownership
Global trade understanding (EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF)
Bonus: Existing buyer or supplier network.
