At Owly , we're rebuilding the operating system for early years. Our nursery management platform helps settings cut admin time, stay compliant, keep parents connected, and give children better care. We've proven the model in Malta, and now we're bringing it to the UK, one of the most exciting and demanding early years markets in the world.

This is a founding commercial hire for our UK push. You won't be inheriting a playbook. You'll be writing it.

• Own the UK pipeline end to end , from prospecting nurseries and nursery groups to closing deals and handing off happy customers
• Run outbound that actually lands: cold outreach, demos, follow-ups, and relationship-building with nursery owners, managers, and group decision-makers
• Be the voice of the UK market
