  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company growth goals (PHP 500M/year target).
  • Identify and penetrate new markets: commercial developers, industrial clients, LGUs, hospitals, etc.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts, especially key clients like SM, while reducing dependency.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, site visits, and industry even
  • Conduct client presentations, site surveys, and technical discussions (with engineering support).
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM or sales tracker systems
  • Coordinate with Engineering for timely proposal and BOM delivery.
  • Ensure proposals meet technical, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Follow up consistently until conversion or client decision.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Engineers and After-Sales Engineers.
