Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition, account growth, and long-term client relationships. This role oversees the full commercial lifecycle—from prospecting and deal closure to client relationship management and account expansion—ensuring engagements are profitable, scalable, and sustainable. Success is measured by revenue growth, client satisfaction, and account retention, rather than sales activity alone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Pipeline Development & Lead Generation
Proactively generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to support business growth targets.
Qualify prospects based on deal size, budget, decision-making authority, and operational feasibility.
