Business Development Manager

Ascendion is hiring for a Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and grow territory revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers
• Own sales planning, pipeline management, cold outreach, and lead conversion to closure
• Lead proposal development and contribute to RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses
• Collaborate with solutioning, delivery, talent, and technical teams to deliver high-value, transformational deals
• Expand client footprint through cross-selling, digital strategy development, and thought leadership
