Ascendion is hiring for a Business Development Manager
Key responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition and grow territory revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers
Own sales planning, pipeline management, cold outreach, and lead conversion to closure
Lead proposal development and contribute to RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses
Collaborate with solutioning, delivery, talent, and technical teams to deliver high-value, transformational deals
Expand client footprint through cross-selling, digital strategy development, and thought leadership
Work location: Makati City
