Drive strategic growth of APAC's General MRO (General Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) business through expert leadership, market insights, channel collaboration, and cross-functional execution, ensuring scalable success across key industries, applications, and customer needs. 

What you´ll do

• The Business Development Manager (BDM) is critical to the success of our Asia-Pacific ACM Business Unit (BU).
• Drive, support, and influence sales and functions to grow ACM business via strategic planning, targeted upskilling, and collaborative execution.
• Collaborate, train, and strategically execute with our channel partners to win and scale General Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business through APAC.
• Set and execute the strategy for the General MRO business in alignment with the APAC Leadership Team (LT).
