Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for West Malaysia.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, GP clinics, private hospitals, and distributors.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor territory performance and implement corrective strategies where necessary.

2. Market Expansion & Channel Development

• Expand distribution coverage and improve product penetration across key territories in West Malaysia.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and promotional support.
• Identify underserved markets and develop entry strategies.
