Overall Objective:

Concepcion Midea is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives within the Midea Building Technology (MBT) portfolio. This senior role is pivotal in driving market share and revenue by developing strategic relationships with key specifiers, contractors, distributors, and large end-users. The successful candidate will architect and execute territory plans, promote integrated Midea solutions (HVAC, Building Automation, Elevators, etc.), and manage a significant portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and long-term business objectives.
