Job Description

Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Onboard and expand the network of brokers engaging with the Company’s digital offerings specifically in Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk
Improve broker performance metrics such as quote volumes and hit ratios within the region
Support SME business migration from commercial and operational perspectives in these territories
Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and enhance brand presence locally
Securing deals of significant size and identifying new distribution opportunities within the region
Experience required:
Strong business and commercial acumen, especially within the UK digital insurance market
Established digital broker network in the Midlands, Wales, and Norfolk
Excellent negotiation and commercial awareness skills
Deep understanding of digital insurance and FinTech trends
