Business Development Manager

What you'll be doing

• Achieve a high win percentage of the new business awards while generating high GP margins for new and existing accounts that meet/exceed new business revenue goals
• Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts
• Consult with several levels of decision-makers to understand customers’ business challenges and logistics goals.
• Develop tailored logistics solutions that deliver value and support to the customer’s business strategy
• Build rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customers’ business and the market and support customer retention through collaboration with all resources including our Product teams, other sales channels, and local Station Management.
• Apply and receive regional and global tenders and coordinate as account owner with regional tender teams
