Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic business opportunities. The individual will work closely and report to the General Manager Kenya, and or/ Director of BD to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to target potential clients and partners across multiple sectors in Kenya.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, employers, employees and other industry players.
