Business Development Manager

Job Description:

• Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationship
• Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
• Follow up on sale leads, close sales contracts, invoice and payments
• Canvass and secure new accounts
• Responsible for B2B, B2C sales account management and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or the Shipping industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
