About the Role
We are seeking a driven, practical Business Development Manager to represent our business across Central West New South Wales. This is a hands-on, on-farm role suited to someone who enjoys being in the yards, talking with producers, and providing practical solutions that genuinely improve livestock management. You’ll be trusted as the face of Shearwell in the region, working closely with cattle, sheep and goat producers, rural resellers, and key industry stakeholders.
