Business Development Manager

Summary:

• The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and securing new opportunities in engineering design, facility planning, equipment design/fabrication and integrated project delivery in the nuclear industry. This role combines market development, client engagement, and full lifecycle proposal management to position the firm as a leader in conceptual and facility design solutions as well as nuclear equipment integration encompassing detailed design and fabrication services.


• The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and crafting winning proposals that align with client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
