Business Development Manager

The E-commerce Key Account Manager – Omni Retail is responsible for driving sales growth, availability, execution excellence, and profitability across modern trade online platforms (e.g., Robinsons Online, Waltermart Online, SM Markets Online, Landers Online). The role owns end-to-end account management, working closely with retail partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure strong on-shelf availability, competitive promotions, and consistent brand execution in omni retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Business Management

• Own and manage assigned omni retail e-commerce accounts end to end
• Develop and execute annual and monthly Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Drive GMV, net sales, margin, and promo ROI
• Act as primary point of contact for retailer e-commerce teams
