Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership or multi-site operational experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• At least 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably with experience also in Franchise Business Operations.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business performance data.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
