Business Development Manager

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow our projects in government (LGUs, DPWH) and private developments.
What you'll do:
Find and secure new clients & projects
Work with LGUs, government agencies, and private developers
Present and close technical design & engineering services
Manage deals from lead to contract signing
What we're looking for:
Background in Architecture, Engineering, or AEC-related sales
Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate
Strong network and negotiation skills
Confident communicator (English & Filipino)
