Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow our projects in government (LGUs, DPWH) and private developments .

What you’ll do:

• Find and secure new clients & projects
• Work with LGUs, government agencies, and private developers
• Present and close technical design & engineering services
• Manage deals from lead to contract signing

What we’re looking for:

• Background in Architecture, Engineering, or AEC-related sales
• Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate
• Strong network and negotiation skills
