Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and executing regional growth opportunities for LOSC's industrial real estate portfolio in Malaysia and Singapore, focusing on asset optimization, strategic partnerships, and new developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify regional growth opportunities related to industrial land, warehouses, and logistics facilities.
• Develop strategies to improve asset utilization, occupancy, and rental yield across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Conduct market research on industrial property demand, rental trends, and competitor developments in both markets.
