Business Development Manager

What You'll Do
Drive new business opportunities across brands, startups, and corporates
Identify, pitch, and close retainer and project-based opportunities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure
Build strong long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Work closely with Strategy, Client Servicing, and Creative teams to shape winning proposals
Understand client objectives and translate them into commercially viable scopes
Maintain and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets consistently
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (agency experience is a big plus)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, influencers, and paid media
Confident communicator—comfortable in boardrooms and casual client calls alike
