We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

Industry: Industrial Equipment / Blasting Solutions

Location: Malaysia (with regional exposure across Southeast Asia)

Reporting to: General Manager

We are expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager who enjoys opening doors, building real opportunities, and taking ownership of results.

This role is not an order-taking or support sales position. It is suited for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and the chance to grow with the business while working closely with management and cross-functional teams.

*Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities

*Engage customers to understand real technical and commercial needs (beyond price)
