Job Summary

DBSi is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our growth by driving lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role requires hands-on involvement in lead generation and active engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business development activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing
• Proactively source and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
