Job Description: Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, leading client engagement, and managing project development initiatives within the solar energy industry. This role plays a key part in expanding the company's EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), PPA (Power Purchase Agreements), and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) portfolio.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of managing the full business development cycle from opportunity identification to project award.
