I. OVERVIEW
The primary purpose is to drive revenue growth across MPG and its divisions by developing, managing, and closing business opportunities through alliances, account relationships, and structured commission models, while ensuring all deals align with MPG's operational capabilities and ROI expectations.
MPG generates revenue through supply chain execution, not standalone sales. Senior Business Development supports this by:
- Aligning client needs with MPG's supply chain capabilities
- Activating the correct divisions and alliances per opportunity
- Structuring deals that MPG can execute profitably
- Ensuring revenue opportunities translate into operational delivery
Industries focus:
- Oil & gas represents approximately 60% of MPG's global client base
