Job Description

The role of a Business Development Manager is centered around strategic planning, relationship building, and driving business growth.
Business Development Manager will report into Plant Growth Manager.

Primary tasks of this role:
Conduct comprehensive market research, identify and assess potential market opportunities, formulate and execute effective market entry strategies specially for the new market
Support Growth manager to establish and execute the growth strategy
Identify high-quality sales leads, convert mature business opportunities, and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up
Track industry trends and competitor activities
Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and organizational objectives
Provide input to product teams based on customer feedback and market demands
Create go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
