This role is ideal for someone who understands both business strategy and on-ground F&B operations, and knows how to turn ideas into profitable growth.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities—including new store locations, partnerships, concepts, and sales channels.

You will work closely with ownership, operations, marketing, and finance to support both short-term revenue growth and long-term expansion plans.
