Business Development Manager (R1)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and qualify leads.
• Research target accounts and decision-makers to understand their needs, pain points, and buying process.
• Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects, highlighting how our solutions can address their challenges and deliver tangible results.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff of leads.
• Keep accurate records of prospect interactions and update our CRM system with relevant information.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Interact with and further enhance the excellent relationship and teamwork with other departments within the company.
