Job Description



We are looking for a highly analytical Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth. This is not a traditional sales role. You will not be cold-calling; instead, you will be the architect of our commercial strategy. You will conduct deep research into the market and our top-tier accounts to identify high-value opportunities, then build the tactical roadmaps that our sales teams will execute.



1. Strategic Market Intelligence & Research





+ Account Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into our Top 50 key accounts. Understand their technical needs, project pipelines, and pain points.



+ Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint critical opportunities where UL Solutions’ advisory services can provide the most value.
