Business Development Manager (Residential)

The Business Development Manager 's main task is to facilitate the long term and sustained growth of the residential business by ensuring development of new projects and analyzing the current performance of existing properties. He/she will be responsible in conducting market reviews and feasibility studies of new projects and potential investment opportunities for recommendation to Senior Management and Executive Committee.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Financial Analysis, Evaluation, Reporting and Modeling
2. Market Research - analyzing location-specific market trends, competitor performance, supply and demand situation and macroeconomic factors
3. Projections and forecasting
4. Presentations and Reporting
5. Land/Building Acquisition
6. Collaborating and synergizing with other business units
7. Propose and develop strategies and new business models to grow the business
