Business Development Manager- Sales

Role Description
The Business Development Manager for Sales and Marketing is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing power offtake for the company's available and upcoming energy capacity. The role focuses on market development, customer acquisition, and commercial execution, translating the company's generation portfolio into contracted revenues through utilities, corporate buyers, and other physical and virtual offtake structures.
This position owns the sales pipeline for power offtake and works closely with Project Development, Legal and Finance to structure commercially viable offtake solutions.
Key Responsibililities:
Originate and close renewable energy offtake agreements
Manage the sales pipeline from lead to contract execution
Structure and negotiate PPAs, CSPs, and virtual offtake models
Drive go-to-market activities, tenders, RFPs, and customer engagement
Coordinate with Project Development, Legal, and Finance to deliver bankable contracts
