Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan & oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to on-board properties onto the companynetwork.
• Identify new properties that meet company standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness etc. and pitch the company's partnership proposal.
• Negotiate the company's commercial agreement with interested partners.
• Work closely with revenue management team to drive top-line for the partner.
• Collaborate with other teams in the company such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of properties on day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in sales, business development or partnerships/acquisitions. Preferably have experience in B2B sector.
• Accustomed to working under pressure of acquiring targets.
