Business Development & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting
  IC design houses
  .
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities within the
  fabless / ASIC / SoC design community
  .
• Leverage existing relationships or introductions via
  OSAT partners
  (e.g. Carsem, Unisem) to access IC design customers.
• Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement

• Maintain strong relationships with
  OSATs
  , foundries, and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with OSAT partners to jointly approach IC design houses where relevant.
• Position Youngtek as a
  trusted solution partner
  within the semiconductor value chain.
