Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with prospects and clients to understand immediate, short-term, and long-term business goals.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and target segments.
- Research and identify new and existing client opportunities within the assigned region.
- Respond to client RFPs and prepare tailored proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with country teams and regional stakeholders.
- Manage and track business development pipelines and all client/prospect interactions using CRM tools.
- Drive contract renewals, SLA preparation, and account expansion initiatives.
