Business Development Manager

IPP, Singapore's oldest and largest Licensed Financial Adviser, is looking to recruit Business Development Managers for a specialist, growing team focused on advising international and expatriate clients. We are looking for BDMs to proactively source and screen prospective clients, reach out to them via networking events, email campaigns and extensive cold calling, and subsequently arrange meetings between them and our Financial Advisers. Therefore, aside from excellent lead generation techniques, candidates must have superb communication skills and will ideally have demonstrated this in previous work experience. The role will involve a high degree of telemarketing activity and the successful candidate will ideally have experience in this field as they will be required to make a minimum of 100 telemarketing calls every day, without fail.
