Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the logistics and delivery sector.
2. Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
5. Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
6. Plan delivery schedules and optimise routes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
7. Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
