Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore.

Requirements

Professional Degree in Civil Engineering.

10-15 years of working experience (from either consultant or contractor background).

Relevant experience in Construction industry especially in Ground Improvement works will be an advantage.

Possess geotechnical design experience and competent to manage geotechnical solutioning.

Responsibilities

Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals.

Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships.

Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.

Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.

Able to integrate within the BD team and collaborate with other departments.
