- Acquisition of new to bank customers and wallet sizing through cross selling activities. - Ensure quality loans acquisition and quality AA submission (Rework) - Ensure no lapses on customer service, through management of TAT etc. - Proliferate competencies in trade product to the whole RSME
- Encourage utilization for newly on boarded trade customers- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and meticulous in work with an eye for details
- Results-driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic to build a good sales career
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team player
