Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Salary Range: $4000 - $5500
Work hours: Monday - Friday (office hour)
Location: Little Road (near Tai Seng MRT)
Commission + Car Allowance $800
Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire new corporate clients
Manage sales leads, including action plans and appointment targets
Participate in sales events and networking activities
Drive business growth with existing clients
Re-establish relationships with dormant clients
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Proven experience in new client acquisition (hunter role)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
