Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:
Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts in the freight forwarding industry (Air, Ocean, and Land). Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations and negotiate rates.
Market Intelligence:

Collaboration:
Coordinate with operations and procurement teams for service delivery.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
Customer Service:
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
