Job Description

Job responsibilities 
1.Sales & Market Development
Achieve annual sales, margin, and market share targets for saw chain and guide bars across Indonesia (70%) and the Philippines (30%)

Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with APAC strategy

Identify and develop growth opportunities in forestry, logging, plantation, arborist cutting applications

Drive product mix optimization
2.Distributor & Channel Management
Manage and develop appointed distributors & dealers, ensuring full alignment with Oregon Tool policies and objectives

Conduct regular business reviews covering sales performance, inventory levels, forecasts, and market intelligence

Ensure effective execution of pricing, promotions, POS programs, and brand standards

Support distributor sales teams through joint calls, training, product demonstrations, and field support
