Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

QuietMode is not a single-SKU brand. We are a progression-based ritual system designed to upgrade sleep behavior over time, driving natural multi-SKU interest, basket expansion, and repeat purchases across our core SKUs (Starter, Breather, Full Closure).This is a high-impact role. As our first growth hire, you will be the operator responsible for turning our momentum into distribution and revenue. You will execute fast, remove bottlenecks, and report directly to the Founder.

Role Mission

Your mission is to move units by getting product into the hands of customers through two primary pillars:

1. Wholesale & Retail Distribution
2. Marketplaces (Amazon) + Growth Partnerships

This role is measured by outcomes: samples sent, doors opened, orders placed, reorder velocity, and marketplace growth.
