Business Development Manager

REPORTS TO: General Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The business development manager should aim to generate demand for Securitas' products and services by assisting clients to identify their needs and provide bespoke solutions to meet the clients' needs through technical system design combined with manpower deployment. The BDM should aim to build long standing relationships by delivering effective security solutions and service excellence that drives positive change in the client's organisation.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Apply industry knowledge and technical expertise to provide effective security solutions.
• Ensure client centric solution designs are customised per client and optimally meet client requirements.
• Meet sales targets.
