Job Description
Primarily responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales target directly influencing its revenue and growth through effective management for the Sales team and strategies.
You're a fit if:
You've personally closed large forwarding deals (Min. USD 70–80K monthly logistics revenue from 1 single customer) with full-cycle experience — from cold call to operations (No nomination or company-assigned accounts)
Customers trust you and will follow you, with confidence to onboard around USD 700–800K in annual forwarding revenue within your first 3 months
You want to build something — not just sell. Start as an individual contributor, then shape your own sales model, team, and upside based on results
