JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for servicing and expanding the insurance client portfolio by developing new insurance schemes, segments, or businesses.
• Monitor and analyze insurance product performance to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the value proposition remains relevant and compelling over time.
• Lead the client acquisition process by sourcing competitive insurance quotes, conducting product presentations, and negotiating terms until the deal is closed.
